Unique to this taproom are the small-batch brews which are specifically made to pair with pub inspired food items. Although an informal menu, these casual dishes made with locally sourced ingredients raise the bar when it comes to pub fair. Healthy and vegetarian options are available for those watching their waistlines or have specific dietary needs.
Ensconced between buildings and an old railroad bridge you will find Selvedge Brewery housed in the old Wool Factory warehouse. Updated industrial looking floors, walls and exposed ceilings give this brew house an urban vibe. The open floor plan, dotted with comfy couches, tables and chairs, allows for plenty of seating and space between tables. You can find outside seating as well and if you are lucky the occasional train may pass by giving you a rare opportunity for a close-up view.
The craft beer options routinely rotate giving regulars an opportunity to try different artisan beer blends. However, some favorites like the barrel-aged Imperial stout or the Kolsch tend to be regulars on the taproom menu.
